The staff were excellent, especially at reception. The room was nice and big with a large closet, lots of drawers for all our clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were lots of plug-ins for our electronics. It had a large fridge and freezer and beautiful deck with Mountain View and Big Buddha in the distance. Complimentary breakfast was very simple, but good. The pool was small but clean and great location with afternoon shade and bean bag chairs. The room has a divider wall between couch and bedroom that the TV is mounted on. It swivels so you can watch TV from the couch or from the bed. Hotel is close to restaurants, Old Town, bars, shopping, Sunday walking Street at 5pm, etc. This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in on this trip to Thailand. We have been traveling to different cities here for the last two months. We are traveling to two other destinations in Thailand now but booked Cool Destination again before we head to Vietnam. We highly recommend Cool Destination. The only downside was the couch. It was not very comfortable as the back is really low and the seats are very long depth wise. We both got back ache's after a short period of time. Looking forward to going back to great staff, beautiful room and pool in a few more days.

Really large room with a balcony and view of the city and the sunset. Everything was so clean and neat. Staff was increadibly friendly and helpful, and they also let us borrow some umbrellas from the hotel when it rained. The location was also very good with supermarkets, laundry and pharmacy nearby and only a short walk to restaurants and bars in old town. We definitely recommend it!!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the rooms were cleaned & comfortable , and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Town Phuket. We even provided with free breakfast We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Old Town Phuket.

Located slightly away from the old town, but we were aware of this when booking. Complimentary breakfast is provided each morning which was a nice surprise.
